Week three prompt questions:
What are you thankful for in your internship experience?
I am happy for the many friendships I made with the kids and other trainees at this school. These bonds brought a lively and active feeling to my time here. It warms my heart to know the kids see me as a trustworthy and calm person, making our time together positive and cheerful. The friendships I made not only made my time at school fun but also created a feeling of togetherness among us.
The connections I formed with the kids and my peers greatly affected my experience. The energy and excitement from these bonds make our interactions fun and interesting. Seeing the kids genuinely happy and thankful for my company is wonderful and shows the good influence I have on them. Their trust in me is proof of the strong relationship we built, based on respect and understanding.

Do you have any regrets so far? What would you do differently if you could start internship over?
To know what type of project I would do before I attended internship because most of the time you will end up doing work your mentor does not want to do and that will make things really tough and on top of all that i was also extremely busy handling chaotic kids and helping them.

Describe one challenge that arose this week at your internship site (related to the work the company does). How did your mentor and their colleagues solve this problem?
When it was raining heavy over here at foster elementary the kids became rather excited and couldn't control themselves jumping around looking at the rain and everything. It was difficult to maintain all of them and getting them to listen.
